Information You will need

We can help you with any information you do not have right way. We will help you format photos for your web site, create map images and links, and do the technical stuff like import Google Reviews and set up recaptcha service to prevent spam. We can also provide you with sample content. Be sure to set up your user account and then enter whatever information you have. You can login and access the control panel later to add or change information.

CLINIC INFORMATION

  • Clinic name
  • Phone number(s)
  • Image file for logo
  • Staff photo (preferrably edited to be a circle)
  • Location(s) of clinic(s)
  • Link to a map with all clinics marked
  • Google Maps API Key
  • Google Place ID for primary clinic
  • Description of your services for search engines
  • The audiologist who will be attributed to quotes on the site
  • The HTML link to your online scheduling system (if used)
  • Preferences for what to show on the site:
    • Resources menu (scheduling & forms pages)
    • Whether to use online scheduling
    • Clinic forms/questionnaire
    • Tinnitus pages
    • Vestibular pages (not yet available)
    • Non-custom CICs (e.g. - Signia Silk)
  • Recipient of web site contacts with e-mail address
  • Hearing aid companies you use
  • A short bio and a photo for all staff shown on the web site

LOCATION INFORMATION
Enter the following for each clinic location you have:

  • Location name (could be "ABC Clinic - Dallas"
  • Location address with city, state, zip
  • Location phone and fax (if applicable)
  • An image of the map location
  • A link to Google (or other) maps with the location encoded
